Reconditioning Method
Every equipment has been thoroughly checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed prior to disassembly. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary tools needed to complete a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each Skyjack machinery is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new parts: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, hoses and filters, the main control and main electrical cables and joystick controllers. Moreover, each and every unit is given new tires, batteries and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 4th and 3rd tiers. These units offer a 97 inch center of load.
